The Last Letter

There are not enough words to describe this story. It was joyfully and heartbreaking, full of love and hurt. I highly recommend the book, but be sure to be ready to truly feel the emotions of these characters. By far, this is my favorite for the year!

Lacking depth

I have really enjoyed reading books and listening to Audio books by Carolyn Brown....absolutely love her stories, however this one fell short, and just didn't work. Great story line, but the characters seemed like adults in some scenes and completely childish in others. I had a hard time finishing this book, and wish it had more.
Still a huge fan of her books and as mentioned this is the first one I didn't care for. Great author , and I recommend her books!!

I have read this book on my Kindle, but it was so nice to have the audio version to listen to! Matt Haynes did a fantastic job of narrating Becky McGraws amazing addition to the Deep Six Security team.
We get to meet Dex in this book, he happens to run into his Ex while in Vegas. However something just doesn't seem right when he sees her and what she is doing. Grace finds herself on a mission to find her sister. This leads Grace into a world that involves BDSM and Master Tim. When she feels like she's got the will to follow through she finds her Ex getting in the way. I highly recommend this book as a stand alone or in the series order. Nothing like a geek God to make you fall in love!

Twisted Honor

Slade and his sidekick Lola, a gorgeous German shepherd are left to run Deep Six while the boss is away on his honeymoon. While the cat is away the mouse will play, or should I say change up Deep Six! Slade is tired of the lack of hires and starts taking control of what needed to be done. While he's trying to hire he gets a phone call about a kidnapping and is left to fix it.
Taylor has just been told she is fired for the kidnapping of a client in the hotel. She's about had it with men and there thoughts on woman doing a man's job. As Taylor is about ready to leave she meets Slade...she tries to leave but one thing leads to another and Taylor and Slade are on a wild ride together trying to stay safe and solve this mystery. While on this wild ride together they are both faced with personal problems, and the chemistry growing between them.
I highly recommend this book for a great read and an adventure with some lovable dogs<3
