Historia
The legendary demi-gods known as the Twelve are awakening, and they bring with them the knowledge of what was found under the earth: an apocalyptic force of destruction that, if unleashed, will reduce the nine Baronies to ash. Their one, slim hope of salvation lies deep in the Barony of Talth, a land now firmly in the hands of the greylings. Jelaïa del Arelium and Derello del Kessrin must marshal their weakened armies and lead them far to the north in a desperate attempt to win back what was taken.

Chapters are out of sequence. Enjoyed until Chapter 9 when story jumped around out of order.

How could this get published / offered with storyline jumbled? Hope this gets fixed as the plot is good.

Historia
The highly anticipated follow-up to William R. Forstchen's New York Times best-sellers, One Second After and One Year After, The Final Day immerses listeners once more in the story of our nation's struggle to rebuild itself after an electromagnetic pulse wipes out all electricity and plunges the country into darkness, starvation, and terror.

Reality that this could be our future.

I really liked the narrator for book one. Not so much Bronson P. Hard to visualize characters when the narrator changes.

Historia
Roshar is a world of stone and storms. Uncanny tempests of incredible power sweep across the rocky terrain so frequently that they have shaped ecology and civilization alike. Animals hide in shells, trees pull in branches, and grass retracts into the soilless ground. Cities are built only where the topography offers shelter. It has been centuries since the fall of the 10 consecrated orders known as the Knights Radiant, but their Shardblades and Shardplate remain: mystical swords and suits of armor.

Author too impressed with himself.
Revisado: 11-29-14
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
No one who wants to follow the storyline. Why create such complicated names, locations, etc.
What three words best describe Kate Reading and Michael Kramer ’s voice?
Very audio friendly.
Any additional comments?
10 minutes into the story and I had no idea who, what or why. Too many untranslatable names, places, situation.
