Meh.
Revisado: 04-20-25
Starts very strong with eye opening ideas, and then it’s all downhill from there. If it would’ve abruptly ended after the first 25%, I would’ve given it a 5- star.

A fresh take on “Habits”
Revisado: 02-18-25
The book offers an easy-to-understand approach and provides a fresh perspective on habits. However, some sections feel unnecessarily long, prompting me to speed through them just so I make sure that I’m not missing out on something important.

Historia
Find your "critical 20%" and transform your time - and life - forever! The 80/20 principle - also known as the Pareto principle - is the well-verified observation that in business, economics, and life generally, about 80 percent of all results flow from a mere 20 percent of our efforts. In this thought-provoking and highly informative program, Richard Koch unveils the secrets to how this mysterious but practical principle actually works... how it is affecting your life right now... and how you can start using it to your advantage.

Good… but the MUSIC…
Revisado: 10-12-23
The music between chapters / sections is so out of place, distracting, and cringe.
Anyway the rest is good.

Historia
MSNBC’s Mehdi Hasan isn’t one to avoid arguments. He relishes them as the lifeblood of democracy and the only surefire way to establish the truth. Arguments help us solve problems, uncover new ideas we might not have considered, and nudge our disagreements toward mutual understanding. A good argument, made in good faith, has intrinsic value—and can also simply be fun.

Historia
It's easy to identify rage in people who lose their temper at traffic jams, unruly children, unresponsive coworkers, and unrealistic bosses. But we may not recognize more subtle manifestations of anger, such as being uncomfortable with loose ends, acting impatiently, or being overly critical. That is anger, too. And, as is so often the case, angry folks don't seem to realize that the behavior causing them problems at home or at work actually stems from unrecognized and unresolved pain and emotional injuries from the past.

Some parts are boring but it’s still useful
Revisado: 02-16-23
This is the second book I’ve read about anger management, so I don’t really have a point of reference to compare it to.
However, I have to say that the pacing is a bit boring sometimes but other than that, there is still knowledge to be gained here.

Good, but I expected better.
Revisado: 07-18-21
The principles are well explained, but some stories are old, overly dragged, and remotely related to the concepts. I am a 24 year old dude and I feel that the examples are already old, the dragging problem makes me lose my focus, and the unrelated stories don't help.
