Excellent read from a truly great historian
Revisado: 06-27-22
Another triumph from Peter Fitzsimmons. Really well told and as usual thoroughly researched. An exposé of the politics of pettiness by the Askin government and the narcissistic Minister Hughes.

Mankell's female heroine
Revisado: 09-06-11
So Mankell can write stories other than Wallender. It is a good read with a wonderful female heroine. The plot at times is a little far-fetched and one must allow the suspension of disbelief but overall a worthwhile hearing.

superb story
Revisado: 09-06-11
This story gives an interesting picture of modern India with it's poverty and corruption. But above all it it a triumph of the human spirit.
