He has a halting style so the narration is not as smooth as it could be throughout. And he spends entirely too much time describing all of the episodes of Magnum. And he does not cover his current show which is now ending, at all. The focus of this book is Magnum. I don't know why he wrote a book if he doesn't want to cover something as major as his latest role. I feel cheated. And I don't ever want to hear the word Magnum again.

Don't forget to just pick up the phone and call people who needed and who are alone. Someone whose spouse has died. Someone who is now disabled and cannot get out. Someone who used to be your neighbor or your coworker. Someone whose divorced and lost half their friends. So many people are in need of a little kindness and just pick up the phone and say hello and ask how they are on holidays throughout the year whether it is valentine's day or a birthday or anytime during the year. I had people.I always called every sunday and checked on.

In the beginning, it was very boring and repetitive with scientific studies. And then it got interesting, but it seemed to skip around a bit and didn't go into as much detail as I would have liked about the hormone estrogen. The appendix has the diet you can follow. I am trying it.
