Easy to listen to...

Of the other audios I've listened to, this one was definitely the easiest to go thru (start to finish)...no weird, Twilight Zone/B movie music to jar you out of the peaceful state it puts you into...
I put it on at night (& fall asleep before chapter 4) so it works subconsciously...it's my hope, that is...to work overnight on my brain!

A peek into the French family

I expected more of "how this is done/how that is done" (a get to the point thing) rather than going thru the day to day living (yawn) of the author & her family. In saying that, I have to laugh...as the author said Americans are impatient (even when it comes to raising our children)...forget saying "Good morning" first...just jump right into "What's the daily special?" or "Do you have this in my size?" Anyway...
If you have plenty of time...and don't mind listening to hours of "potatoes" to get to the "meat"...then get this. In the end you may discover that there's an underlying philosophy here...an "enjoy the journey & your children will too" kind of thing. Huh! I just realized I'm doing exactly what she said NOT to! I want quick results. I don't want to let things unfold...So not French!

Ooh la la...I ooh la loved it!

The contents of this book made me whip out a pen & notebook so I wouldn't forget the valuable information the author shared...Yes, I wrote down some notes...it felt like I was in a class...HA!...learning about class!
Loved how the info was arranged...section by section. Loved how practical the advice turned out to be... What can I say? The book is simply filled with usable, very valuable information.
I'll definitely be listening to this several times...I don't want to forget a thing! Now...I'm off to purchase Jennifer Scott's newest book!!!

Ready to Rock 'n Roll with Life!

I loved this little snippet of inspiration...(actually, I had to get on the phone & call a bunch of people I know to tell them all about the great ideas that were shared in this audio)! I did bump the speed up just a bit (& WOW, it was REALLY a rally of "get up & go" speak)...but other than that, this will benefit everyone who listens to this! Housewives...bank presidents...CEOs, doctors...students...teenagers...dancers...really! It's short enough to listen to it daily...& it will give those lost, direction...& those settled, a thump on the head to NEVER settle...

Infectious...in a good way!

Talk about getting your products or services out into the marketplace... If you follow the suggestions in this book you're bound to reach a global audience! (In fact, I'm going to do my own little "Contagious" research, use these suggestions...& get OUT THERE!)!!
What more can I say..? Take notes...throw your ideas around with others...&...I'll see you on CNN (getting interviewed on your techniques for getting your brand to spread like wildfire)!

Get Smart!

Best way to improve your vocabulary!!!
I just turn this on every time I'm doing something a bit mind-numbing (cleaning out the closet, grocery shopping, etc...). And BAM!!!...I'm expanding my vocabulary the EASIEST way possible!
The book is split up alphabetically....a word is given, defined, & put in a sentence...Too Easy!
This is a MUST GET if there ever was one...it the "easy" way to learn!

A Must Read for Every Human

Terrific (& valuable) information!
The one (& only) problem I had with this audio book was the author's speed in narration...it was painfully slow (he should've used someone else). I adjusted the speed in my Audible app to 1.25 & it worked like a DREAM!
With the speed up to par I could actually concentrate on what the author was saying...& the information was AMAZING!
You will really come away from this with concrete knowledge on the "how's" & "why's" of all types of body language a person will use during a conversation!
I cannot believe I didn't know this stuff...& the meaning behind different gestures, twitches, motions, pauses (I could go on & on...there's SO much to learn) that people use EVERY DAY, ALL DAY!!!
What else can I say...? An amazing book!!!

A Must Read

By now, if you don't know that only YOU can change your life...then you've been living under that old, moss-covered rock we hear so much about! Your destiny is what YOU make it...and your thoughts are the key to that destiny...
This book is full of the "how-to" & "why" to get it done...
My only other note...the narration is slightly different (& I'm not saying it's bad) than what I've heard in other audio-books.
All in all...it's worth every syllable...

Easy listening, easy pace...He takes you thru the pages one step at a time (material like this can get confusing...not here). He presents his points clearly (have a pen ready if you like to take notes..lol...you'll want to).
The information in this book shows you how/why it's best to get things right the FIRST time...(as so many don't...).
