You will. This is a brilliant piece from one of my favorite narrators. Luke bares his soul and his pain and reflects on the life and death of his son and brings us to the hope and new normal he has found. Brilliant in its sadness and excellently paced.

more a recap than an interesting story

first couple chapters had some good stuff about young sylvanas. After that there was nothing but a recap of stuff from other media with an abrupt ending. i miss warcraft books that were actual stories and not just game recap fluff like the last two books.

listened to this series because my 8 year old loved it and I wanted to be able to talk with her about it and was surprised how much I enjoyed it.

felt a little all over the place

love all of the enderverse, but this felt a little all over the place. would have liked to have a little more of loving and caring ender and a little less peter. Also a wrap up book for the shadow series didn't need to focus on yet another new generation of beans descendants.

my daughter loves the warrior cats so I gave it a listen. a good read with great messages of loyalty and family, but a bit more graphic then I was expecting with cats regularly killing other cats in gorey detail.

felt a little lost in this one

normally love this series, but this one felt directionless and lacking in structure. it also ends abruptly before the climax. hope the next one returns to form or I will be done here.

i hate when they do that... they added stupid sound effects in the background and it is obnoxious.

gay, celebrity obsessed, hyper feminist

Decent plot buried in liberal vision of the future. Acting was okay, but some of the accents were so overdone that they bordered on offensive and hard to understand.

Luke Daniels is great!

Luke Daniels did more interesting unique voices here than I think I have heard before. He is quickly becoming one of my fav narrators. Scott's writing is unique and fun as ever, but I docked 1 star on this one for a couple political diatribes that felt out of place and unwelcome. I do hope he continues to churn these out.
