I love this story and was ecstatic when the audio released. Liam and Aiden did such a fantastic job narrating Skyler and Nolan. They definitely made revisiting this story an amazing experience.

Tragic Romance

I need tissues, therapy, and a stuffy to cuddle. I loved this book so much. If you would have asked me a year ago if tragic romance was my thing... I would have laughed... but... it has grown on me.

I absolutely loved this. It's a dark and brutal love story that had me on the edge of my seat. I knew going into this what it was and I was still unprepared.

I'm absolutely speechless about the events of this book. It's heartbreaking and all I can say is... Tragic masterpiece... can I have more, please. 🖤

“She saved my life, but I’ve ruined hers.”

The narration for this is fantastic. I don't think you could have paired a more perfect duo. They brought so much life and emotion into Christian and Elena. Lee and Joe are definitely 10/10 🖤

Ferry and Leo

It's been a while since an audiobook has ripped my heart out, put it in a wood chipper, then somehow glued it back together before saying "oh I think this belongs to you." And I would kindly ask them to do it again. Actually... kindly is the wrong word... I would beg them to do it again.

This is an absolutely phenomenal audiobook. Dan and Will are the perfect audio combo. And not only did they do the MCs, Ferry & Leo, justice but also the side characters as well. Their performance was a 10/10 for me.

Now for the story... I have got to quit falling in love with fictional characters lol. Ferry and Leo were so well written and Lark wrote them in a way that made me feel like I knew them. Ferry had a vice grip on my heart from the very beginning (I have a soft spot for the grim reaper). I could feel his pain and his longing for Leo. I was grieving with him. 68 times Lark... 68 friggin times you shattered this man's heart! You are EVIL!

"I took one final look at the long line of stones before me. Some greyed. Some covered in moss. Some disintegrating entirely thanks to the time that had passed. Sixty-eight graves for my Leof. Sixty-eight times my heart had been broken."

"Leof wouldn't know who I was, but that didn't matter. I'd made him fall in love with me once, and I could do it again."

Since the prologue started off with a mess of tears and shattered hearts I knew I was in for an emotional ride. But getting to experience Leo falling for Ferry all over again was worth it. While this was an emotional journey, it wasn't all broken hearts. There's a whole cast of characters that will make you laugh, cry, and question your sanity at times.

So was it a bumpy ride... yes. Was it worth it... I would do it all over again.

Foster & Lachlan

This was such a cute story and I think Nick J Russo gave a phenomenal performance. Lachlan and Foster work so well together. The "meet cute" 😍 I love Oscar! To me the story was lighthearted but there may be some elements that others will find difficult. I really enjoyed it.

I do love a good rockstar romance. Zachary Zaba did a fantastic job narrating this and bringing Brodie and Van to life. I loved the pining and angst. I can't wait to see what Ava Olsen does for the rest of the series.

Dark Rom-Com... I'm here for it

Amazing

I absolutely loved this story and the narrators did such a fantastic job. Dallas was such a well written character and Sam Stark was phenomenal bringing him to life. This was my first experience with Sam Stark as a narrator and it won't be the last. I'm glad Bryant Walker returned to the Dirty Strays because I loved him in Bad Dogs and he did not disappoint in Pretty Dogs.

Dallas and Beck have such an amazing love story. Best friends to lovers does not always work well for me but this was beautifully written and honestly I could not have pictured them being with anyone else. Beck is fiercely protective over Dallas and is also the only person who Dallas can truly be himself with.

Riley Nash always knows how to put me in my feelings and this book was no different. All of his "broken" boys have a special place in my heart. I can't wait to see what he does next.

Everything about this is going to live rent free in my head for a very long time. The narrators were absolute perfection. The story was amazing and emotional. Definitely check the CW because there are some things that you may find hard to stomach.

Forbidden Romance

Whoop this was spicy!!! A forbidden, age gap, coach/player Romance. Overall I enjoyed the story. The narration was great, altbough it took me a second to get used to Bryant's voice. I don't listen or read many age gap romances but this was a pretty good one. And in case your curious... it's 28 years. I do love a good forbidden romance and their dynamic was fantastic.
