This was a cute story.
I was surprised at how much I ended up liking Fiona, so much more than I intended. There were a few moments that I had to stop what I was doing and really pay attention so I didn't miss a word.
The part that sticks with me most is when Chris says those certain words to her and she takes the time to really let that resonate with her and what that means for her future

The intrigue got to me

This story was so different than anything I have read in a while. The characters were well written and the story had a decent pace to it. The narrator did a good job doing the different characters, this was a first time listening to him. I liked the inventiveness of the story itself with the realms and the different types of situations everyone can handle, I was intrigued through the whole book.

I enjoyed this story so much and the narrator was fantastic.
I wasn't going to read this based on the title but the content in this book took me by great surprise and didn't reflect much in the title.
I cant wait to get into the rest of this series and see what the other characters are up to. Very well written!

Better than I expected

Oh My Goodness this book was something else entirely!
I really loved getting to know Cooper and all the characters in this story, the heartbreak and absolute terror that surrounded him was so well written that my heart ached through the whole story. I have never been to the West Coast but this book took me there and let the wind blow through my hair on the boardwalk, let me listen to some great music, and let me be a part of this experience with them.

More than I dreamed it would be

This book wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. It had more suspense and a little bit of drama that I didn’t anticipate. I enjoyed that a lot. The characters are well written, and I can’t wait to see where this story is going to go. I was able to listen to it all at one time and I was thankful for that because I didn’t have to remember what part of the suspense/drama I left off with. This is a first time read (listen) from this author and I will have to check out her other work. If you like some suspense and some steamy scenes, this book is for you!

Better than I imagined.

It took me a little bit to get into it but once I did! Boy oh boy!! So many things!! THAT ENDING THOUGH! I didn't see that coming AT ALL! The narrator's were amazing, also!

Getting to know you

This is a great look at a different kind of romance. One that I didn't see coming until it happened. I loved getting to know the other girls in the Knitting Night group. This is also a part of the world we don't, well I don't, often think of. Behind the scenes, if you will, of the internet, big brother, type things and goings on. Another smart romance with all the witty banter and long words. I enjoyed this immensely.

How are "They" in real life?

There is something to be said about the Performers we watch, isn't there. This is a tale about how it could be if you meet a famous "ahem" person, when you don't know that "They" are the famous one. This is a story about a girl and a boy who get to know each other as if there is a different way to make friends. This is a story that tells some interesting friends with benefits, not the same benefits you might think, and come out stronger than they ever thought it could.
There were parts of getting to know Goldie and Mag that had me cracking up. I thought they were written well as well as the friends that are around often. I think my favorite character is Yoda! I laughed more about Yoda than anyone else written in this book. I liked this book, but it wasn't one of my most favorites that Mariana has published.

Everything you think it might be

As soon as this started, I kind of knew where it was going. Not that knowing is a bad thing, I liked how the story played out. Kendall did a good job with the mystery, drama, and family dynamic. I did like getting to know Cannon and his Princess Page throughout this short steamy story. I will be looking into more of the stories that Kendall is behind for sure.
