really hope the next book shows heavy political backlash on the abyssal legion, the amount of autonomy they've been allowed combined with there resistance to adaptation kinda makes it surprising they haven't been wiped out in a multi-nation crusade, here is hope the folks pressure means titus gets royally chewed out for being an idiot.

great story awesome to see ryker again!

this was an awesome continuation of the series with vince gaining so much power and with the return of ryker in the mix it's just awesome!.

that being said... i feel the author is randomly cranking up steve bril's power whenver he feels like it, there is no way he could take vince at his current level.

Well Written but the villain's feel too cheesy.

The story is amazingly well written but mr.Sloss either did not fully research his villain's or didn't care about there actual history. Genghis Kahn and Hattori Hanzo come across as villain's more along the lines of Snidely Whiplash then anything else. In the first book i thought the Team name was simply to sound tough but sadly no. Genghis Kahn was a conqueror not an eradicator and preferred to offer and receive surrender prior to actually fighting with anyone. instead he comes across as a mustache twirling villain patting himself on the back for just how smart he is. Hanzo occupied the position of both a ninja and a samurai in his life and held himself to a certain standard that is certainly not found in this book. If your looking for a good story it's a great choice but if your looking for the hero actually matching wits with historical warlords this may not be the best choice.

i enjoyed the authors efficient explanation of details, neither too long or too short it seems like you learn everything just as you need to.

a well paced decent romance.

the pacing is awesome and the characters reaction to the situation is believable enough, i found the trigger for the change is a bit ill explained and it could use an epilogue but for the length it is a good tail.

i got a free credit to review one of the authors books and this is defiantly a good use of a credit.
