Historia
In 1972, when workers in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, were digging the foundations for a new development, the last thing they expected to find was a skeleton at the bottom of a well. Who the skeleton was and how it got there were two of the long-held secrets kept by the residents of Chicken Hill, the dilapidated neighborhood where immigrant Jews and African Americans lived side by side and shared ambitions and sorrows. Chicken Hill was where Moshe and Chona Ludlow lived when Moshe integrated his theater and where Chona ran the Heaven & Earth Grocery Store.

I’m sorry but when you give away your dog because of someone that you’ve known for a hot second that should be a red flag for your own sense of self. And they were beating your dog and you pretended it didn’t happen. Really? Yikes.

Historia
In this candid and emotional memoir, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff takes you into Trump Tower and the White House to tell the funny, thrilling, and heartbreaking story of her intimate friendship with one of the most famous women in the world, a woman few people truly understand. How did Melania react to the Access Hollywood tape and her husband’s affair with Stormy Daniels? Does she get along well with Ivanka? Why did she wear that jacket with "I really don’t care, do u?" printed on the back? Is Melania happy being First Lady? Wolkoff has some ideas....

I quit reading during Chapter 3
Revisado: 08-31-21
I am not a Trump supporter by any means but the details of the level intimacy that Ms. Wolkoff divulges in this book is disgusting. She is constantly quoting personal texts/conversations/experiences and emails between her and Melania while frequently indicating that Melania is a very private person that does not have a huge “inner circle”. Who does that to someone that they have told them through text at least 20x that they “love” them IN THE FIRST THREE CHAPTERS? Let me guess what happens throughout the rest of the book. Ms. Wolcoff gets roped in even further only to decide that she still really doesn’t like Donald Trump and now has been potentially screwed by Melania and/or the Administration. Newsflash: What you had together wasn’t a friendship. And to air all of this personal information is a testament to just that. So now it’s about making money off of the experience and twisting the knife. I believe true friendship is based on trust and this whole game of a book was just a way to bring in cash, in my opinion.
