Historia
We know the Bible repeats, “Do not fear,” but how do we do that? What do we do after we’ve cast our cares on the Lord, memorized Scripture, pumped worship music through every speaker, and yet still feel stuck? In P.S. It’s Gonna Be Good, writer and popular Instagram content creator Heidi Anderson offers a hope-filled response to these questions by using her own journey, as well as pointing us to God’s people who have come before us.

All the yes!!

The knowledge of scripture in this book is incredible. It’s presented in such a fun way while not taking away from The Truth. It is real, relatable, and points us to Jesus.

Historia
New hope for those suffering from conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addictions, PTSD, ADHD, and more. Though incidence of these conditions is skyrocketing, for the past four decades standard treatment hasn’t much changed, and success rates in treating them have barely improved, either. Meanwhile, the stigma of the “mental illness” label - damaging and devastating on its own - can often prevent sufferers from getting the help they need. Brain specialist and best-selling author Dr. Daniel Amen aims to change all that.

Useful info, hard copy preferred
Revisado: 06-13-23
A very insight read. Definitely interesting to see just how much our food intake plays a role in our mental health. Inspired me to make some changes in my own food choices. There was a lot of information and lists that would have been much more beneficial in a hard copy as opposed to audiobook. Recommend this book in a hard copy format over audio format.

Beneficial is paper form
Revisado: 06-03-22
While this was great information and tools, I think it really needs to be done with both spouses in paper form to get the full benefits of the information and tools given.

Historia
"Who am I becoming?" That was the question nagging pastor and author John Mark Comer. Outwardly, he appeared successful. But inwardly, things weren’t pretty. So, he turned to a trusted mentor for guidance and heard these words: "Ruthlessly eliminate hurry from your life. Hurry is the great enemy of the spiritual life." It wasn’t the response he expected, but it was - and continues to be - the answer he needs. Within this audiobook, you’ll find a fascinating road map to staying emotionally healthy and spiritually alive in the chaos of the modern world.

Incredible!
Revisado: 11-23-21
I feel convicted, challenged, encouraged, and hopeful. This is a must listen for everyone. I don’t know a single person that doesn’t need this message. It’s time to slow down, listen to God, and love the life He intended, not the life the world expects.
