Amazing Collaboration between Julia and Kristin

Kristin Hannah is a terrific writer and Julia Whelan is a terrific narrator, together they take you to a whole new dimension. Although it is a difficult book to listen to at times, especially for those of us who lived thru that period and the memories it conjures up, it is without a doubt a great work and one I highly recommend.

Like Chet, Like The Book

If you are a Chet Fan, you will enjoy this book. Not Spencer's best, but an enjoyable fun read. As always Jim Frangione is terrific and as usual will be looking forward to the next C & B book

Transformative If You Let It

Another really excellent book by Jodi Picoult, this time with a huge assist from Jennifer Finney Boylan and 2 really amazing narrators. If you let it, this book will make you a better human being

Taylor Jenkins Reid PLUS Julie Whelan = Unbeatable

I have read several Taylor Jenkins Reid & Julie Whelan collaborations and have thoroughly enjoyed them all. I will admit I have been a fan of Ms Whelan since Gone Girl and she is one of a few narrators I will search for when looking for new books. Maybe In Another Life is one of those Author-Narrator combos that just comes together and in the best possible way. I Highly recommend this book.

Chet & Bernie, ALWAYS a PLEASURE

The Chet & Bernie Mysteries are the ONLY books, I buy on first day of release and finish quicker than I want. Jim Frangione is truly perfect and the enjoyment that I receive from these books is enormous. If you like dogs, good fun stories and superb narration, give them a try, you will not be sorry

Ballerini Was Terrific

The Story was good, but could have been better. Most of the time the listener(me anyway) was waiting for the "shoe to drop". It was a bit obvious that something bad had happened to Annie Lee and was going to happen again. Kelsea Ballerini was great and I hope she continues narrating books. Dolly was of course Dolly and if you like her, you will like her performance. The main narrator(Nankani) was good and all the other narrators were OK. As I mentioned the story was good enough to make an enjoyable listen, especially with Ballerini's performance

In my opinion, one of her best and great narration by Marin Ireland. Dealing with a tough subject in a very different and if possible enjoyable manner. Highly recommend it
