Historia
Will isn’t something you have or don’t. It’s not genetic or gifted to you. It has to be developed. Strengthened like a muscle, built like an athlete from amateur to pro. It’s not about having the “right stuff.” This is about training. Self-discipline is a workout of the mind that forges a new you. Over time you build habits, gain discipline. Your will begins to grow. You go from weak to strong. Things that once were hard become much easier for you. With this audiobook, you'll learn to train yourself to go from practically non-existent willpower to that a Navy Seal.

It's basically an elongated book report.
Revisado: 05-23-19
I am not typically critical on books, but this one reads like I asked the author to read James Clear, Joyce Meyer and sprinkle a little Shad Helmsteder and Napolean Hill and write a book report. It reads like sophomore college rehash over and over with no real examples. Some of the advice like having an alcoholic quit gradually and depend on self discipline just seems far fetched. The research sure doesn't back that up. Glad this one was free.

Historia
In 1987 Ken Ham wrote what would become a prophetic warning to the Church about the destructive effects of compromise with evolutionary ideas, and how this compromise undermines Scriptural authority and erodes Christian confidence in the infallibility of God's Word. Today we have Christians not only confused when it comes to Genesis and age of the earth, but even the reality of Hell, Adam as a real person, and Christ's own words about creation, marriage and more are being debated in the pulpits across the world.

Could have been condensed.
Revisado: 12-13-17
I know the idea is repetition to sink into memory, but I felt like the book was 90% we need to teach this stuff, so "go to our website and find out what to teach" and 10% evidence. I felt like the book could have been at least 20% shorter.

Read it multiple times. Hearing it brought it new.

I've read it before. Hearing the audio version made for a great refresher to a classic.
