The annoying cultists are back and cultier than ever. Plus, there’s a creature living under the building's crawlspace that must be fed regularly (or else). To top it all off, the entire town’s collective memories have been haphazardly rewritten, and Jack's placement in these recollections are decidedly unflattering.

One o the BEST series!!! read on...

I got the first book free but after listening to it an the 7 others, I would pay FULL-PRICE for all of them! Each novel is so different, yet the author Patricia Briggs seems to have that " Magic Touch" and is able to tie them all together.
The only other Audible series I liked more was "The Black Dagger Brotherhood" By J.R. Ward
(The BDB is 100% NOT for children. But I am a kid @ heart who is very much old enough to have read/listened to both series)

I listened to all of the "Night Huntress" series and loved them all. Just when I read the last one I found First Drop of Crimson: Night Huntress World. I have never been disappointed with either series. I hope she continues writing new books in BOTH. Tavia Gilbert is the very best narrator I have heard so far! She makes the story "sizzle & pop" to life.

Off To An Awesome Start!!

If the story continues the way it is going, I believe it will become an exceptional and dramatic saga to rival many, many others!
I literally couldn't stop listening for hours and hours on end. The first night I listened for over 14 hours straight and was so tired that I worried about missing too much, so, I got a good night’s sleep then started all over from the beginning the next day... I was very glad I did that, because I would have, indeed missed too much.
I cannot wait to hear the next 3 books. :-)

I Loved the honesty that flowed thru, yet I cried praying for it to end differently.
Which character – as performed by Hannah Friedman – was your favorite?
Hannah Friedman is 100% superb in bringing all the characters to life and I am unable to choose only 1.
Any additional comments?
It would be a GREAT loss to pass up the "My Blood Approves" series. I have personally listened to the series several times.
