Still relevant and hauntingly accurate, too opimistic and elitist in the idea of being used for good by the deserving rulers.

mumbly hard to understand.

the narrator mumbled and had a strange pronunciation. the book itself was very compelling. The oration however was hard to decipher. I do not reccomend.
