I enjoyed listening to this book the information was intended to do exactly what it claimed to do. It builds your mind with affirmations so that you gain confidence and the gusto to be successful. Book and storyline is great, but the narration is done by a girl which just seems a little counterproductive being a book for men. Nonetheless, it does not take away from how great of an affirmations book this is.
