Wow! Can’t say enough about this book!
Revisado: 05-10-19
THE BEST AUDIOBOOK I’VE EVER LISTENED TO, HANDS DOWN! The story is gripping, the action had me on the edge of my seat, the characters were all compelling, the emotion had me on the verge of tears many times. And the narration was unbelievably good. Can she narrate every book on Audible please?

Including three never-before-published stories, Dead Men Don't Complain is the first-ever collection of short fiction by Peter Clines, author of 14, The Fold, and other Audible smash hits. Combining equal parts geekery and humor with the occasional dash of horror, Dead Men Don't Complain is ideal for Clines fans eagerly awaiting his next novel - or for brand-new listeners discovering this Audible favorite for the first time.

Awesome stories, great narration
Revisado: 12-07-18
I was sucked into each story, great twists and turns and love how everything wraps up at the end. I don't remember how I discovered this author but will be getting more of his books for sure. And BY FAR the best narration I've heard on an Audible book - hands down!

Historia
In Purple Hibiscus, she recounts the story of a young Nigerian girl searching for freedom. Although her father is greatly respected within their community, 15-year-old Kambili knows a frighteningly strict and abusive side to this man. In many ways, she and her family lead a privileged life, but Kambili and her brother, Jaja, are often punished for failing to meet their father’s expectations. After visiting her aunt and cousins, Kambili dreams of being part of a loving family.

Beautiful story, offensive art and narration
Revisado: 07-31-18
I adore Ms Adichie’s writing and this story doesn’t disappoint. But the choice of cover art is downright offensive - the characters are Nigerian, not Asian! And the white narrator’s accent and choice of voices for the characters sounds like she’s narrating a children’s book of English fairy tales. And sounds terrible speaking Igbo. It’s so bad I almost gave up after the first chapter. Glad I went back and finished but would’ve enjoyed much more with a different narrator.
