Incredibly mid

I could of overhyped it in my head since everyone was saying how he is the "next tolkin" and a "fantasy author god" and all that jazz but honestly it was INCREDIBLY mid.
It had the same problem that I have with the FBAA series. Like how many times can we have the same conversations and the same internal thoughts, how many times can he tell you the plan.
It also has a problem of telling and not showing, and then he tells you 17 times in the span of 5 pages. Like instead of juat showing us that Vin doesn't trust anyone he proceeds to tell us, and tell us, and tell us some more.

I usually have absolutely no problem with writing style, but between the way it was narrated and written, it felt extremely watpad.
