Wonderful story, read by a lack luster narrator.

I got this for a short road trip with my 10 year old granddaughter, as I love the Anne of Green Gables stories. But in less than 10 minutes neither of us could take the slow drab reading of the narrator. To take a character like Anne, who has so much imagination and excitement for life and turn her into a one monotone voice was disappointing.
