Decent tips on how to control one's emotions and to stop letting them control you. Obviously one should never repress emotions as that leads to more issues in and of itself. This book gives advice and tips on how even the playing field and to make you the one in control.

A Serious Work of Love on the Stoic Ideals

This is an excellent audiobook on the basics of Stoicism for Stress Relief, with an emphasis on Stoic practices and exercises. It could be straight through (this is what I did), but it could easily be used a reference because the structure of the audiobook is so strictly outlined and divided into sections according to the outline. This book was really indispensable for a new Stoic like me.
