As advertised, this is excellent to help you in business negotiations. In addition it also brings a lot of insight into how people think in general which will help with many situations in everyday life. I’m going to go through it a second time to reinforce the concepts!

I’m a small business owner and most of the things in this book I already knew. There were some good examples enforcing what I knew (which builds self confidence in your knowledge) and the new things I learned made it worthwhile. One of the main things I enjoyed the most was his discussion of building something that will last.
