I got this on a whim and was blown away. I'm super picky about my books and rarely write any comment but this series is unjustly unseen. Everything keeps you intrigued, guessing what might happen next. The clever world and characters are lush with personality and depth. Tears and laughter throughout. Couldn't stop listening and really love the uniqueness of the ending. will be rereading it again because I wanna see the subterfuge with now knowing eyes! 10/10

I was not prepared for that fucking Selkis assholish magestic ass. Everything I love in a good series. Murder, fantasy, hard choices, mayham, chaos, love, tears, joy, ol switcheroos and whatnot. But I'll remember that farting asshole for all fkn time.

Favorite book in the series. The only complaint is that I want to know what happens to the crew in years to come? I NEEDS MORE ADORBS DEADLY SPACE PIRATES!!

Huge acotar/tog PICKY nerd and I HAVE BEEN NON STOP trying to find a completed series that puts me on that sort of emotional rollercoaster. Starts slow and your like...ehh.. the first few chapters of world and character building. DO NOT STOP KEEP GOIN. The most UNDERRATED series EVER. I cried, laughed and fell in love so hard for these series. I took a chance and holy hot dogs batman I WAS NOT PREPARED. Dive in divas and grab the tissues and tigerbalm you'll laugh so hard your sides hurt. These authors hitting like mike tyson in an ear factory. Also I cannot stand weird/off voices when listening... I listen to my kid ask me where his underoos are every 5 min i need a good talkin voice to chill or its a no. THE NARRATOR UGH I AM RUINED FOR ANY OTHER ONE NOW. I bought all of the books in the 3 pack. I don't usually write these but YO... its slap ya mama with a waffle iron and not gain weight from cheese cake GOOD and I couldn't let y'all NOT know. -WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE GET THE BOOK AND GOOOO

The story, characters, action, heart crushing devastation, perfect organic hilarity and THE NARRATOR UGGGH YES!!! The best I've hear on audible. Immediately buying the rest. chefs kiss -picky long time book worm and coin dropper

I struggled. I did enjoy the story very much so but the narration became nails on a chalkboard. I enjoyed the story so much so I pushed through his repetitive inflections on each sentence shaking my fists in the air. His voice starts high emotional in the beginning of a sentence and then breathy and quite at end. Every. single. sentence. He also makes her sound like a mewling child and it doesn't fit the characters words right. I think i might buy the book to read myself. sad about it forsure. In closing-buy the book and read yourself.

Awesome narration.

I loved it, My favorite part was the Wizard in the nude, fighting a demon. First time I've listened to an audio book all the way through due to the narration. This narrator was so good!
