I do enjoy this book Siri so far. What is annoying is knowing that the character we are following is supposed to be the second most powerful person on the planet and yet every single fight he gets into who gets his ass beat. It’s very weird how after the seven or nine fights it really feels like he only stood a chance in one fight. One thing I will definitely give this book series is it has a nac for not following the standard hero formula this which a lot of story’s have done over years. I’m hoping when the rest of the series is added he dose feel as powerful as he should be.

Let’s talk about this.

So there are a lot about this book I like. The way the voice actors seemed to have fun in their rolls, the pacing of some of the story’s. But there is one thing, some of these story’s are laughable. Some of them feel really really fake. I know I know the story’s are just make believe. The main reason I like the story’s are because they are funny and kinda enjoyable. All but one “The New Camper”. I hated that story soooooooooo much.

Richard is the most insufferable dumb *** I’ve ever seen or read about my entire life. Sammy spent the entire beginning of the story slowly becoming wired. At first I completely understood why people acted the way they did. Then suddenly they all started to shift the way they acted. Every time Sammy made moves on Richard I found myself dumbfounded that he couldn’t find a way to get others to see that Sammy was ruining his life. This entire chapter I spent it wanting to yell very Inappropriate vulgar words. I am not the type of person who likes to speak in that way. But this chapter from the mid point on had me saying things that human beings are probably never say to another. Maybe a succeeded in making me care about the characters but I feel like it was mostly over how stupid Richard actually was. There are so many times I almost threw my phone across the room and if I knew more people who rent this book the very first thing I would always bring over some stupid Richard is.

A superhero story to remember. ❤️

Along this series it had me guessing at almost every turn. There are a lot of things I found maybe not new and innovative for this genre but a slightly refreshing change of pace. I enjoyed every last character from first book to the fourth. There is nothing I would change about the series from beginning to end.

From the moment the book starts till the very end I felt like I wanted more and more. The story was told in a interesting prospective and relatable way. I’m going to watch more for Madhuri Shekar in the future.

I think the most memorable moment of this entire first bug has to be the ending. Not to say that the rest of the book doesn't deserve a couple of head nods here and there but I don't think I will ever forget the Epic conclusion. It's almost as if this book is a dream come true in a world flooded with standard super-powered hero type genre.
