Could‘t get farther than chapter 2

It is impossible for me to give a balanced review since I couldn‘t listen to it any longer. The story seemed quite interesting... that’s why I made it till chapter 2.
But sadly I could‘t cope with the sound of the narrators voice... or more exactly with how he read the story. I almost fell asleep, to me it was too monotone, always the same melody.

I really enjoyed listening to this Audiobook. It is a pleasant story with enough tension and drama to keep me interested. I really enjoyed how it is read, altough I have to say one or two of the different voices are too over the top for me. (The triplets for example...). But the difference between accents are hilarious!

I really enjoyed this audiobook.
There are a lot of layers to the stories of the characters and with every chapter you learn more about them and their relationship.
The storyline is not too predictable... what could take a rather sinple direction gets more interesting with some of the characters decisions and backgroundstories.
So even if the reality of your best straight friend suddenly turning out to be your perfect gay partner might be a bit cheesy the plot somehow balances that out perfectly.
What I liked most about the audiobook are the narrators Sean Crisden and Alexander Cendese. They each provide a unique personality to the characters. Well done!
