Historia
Weaving a latticework of different strands, moving back and forth through time, Josh Brolin captures a life marked by curiosity, pain, devotion, kindness, humor. He recounts an unconventional childhood far from Hollywood. Raised on a ranch in Paso Robles, California, he was surrounded as a child by the wolves, cougars, and other wild animals gathered by his fearless and explosive mother, Jane Agee Brolin. Her tragic, early death haunts this book, and the force of her unforgettable personality is felt throughout.

Honest and interesting
Revisado: 03-08-25
Thank you Josh for sharing.. I like how the dates skip around. I like the smaller stories and the musings. I also like that there’s not really a conclusion but makes us wonder more about you and you’re very interesting life

Riveting adventure!
Revisado: 12-07-24
Once again Scott Brick does an outstanding narration of all the characters created by Clive Cussler. Mr. Madden stayed true the characters and gave a story line using CC’s tried and true formula. I was engaged and on the edge of my seat almost the whole time. Seriously good descriptions in the action scenes!

Terrific Series
Revisado: 06-23-24
I love the pace of each episode. Although formulaic by design, each adventure of Jack and Sarah has a unique mystery to be solved. I like seeing Jack’s relationship to the village and to Sarah evolve!
Narrator’s voice is soothing, w/distinct tone for each character . Love this series! Great to listen in the car!

Solid New Adventure!
Revisado: 06-02-24
This new story in the Lady Hardcastle series did not disappoint. It was really fun to have them get out of their village for a little bit and go into London for an adventure similar to the stories they have been tell tales about. But this time, we actually got to see them in action for the war department. Also outstanding narration.

Soothing Sleep Story
Revisado: 01-23-24
The Pillow is a a perfect bedtime story if you need help falling asleep fast. John Stamos’s soothing voice and measured pace are perfect. I’ve listened twice but still don’t know how pillows are made! There is faint background track of a meditative beat that I pick up because I wear noise cancelling EarPods. Overall, this is very well produced and I’m so glad I found this Audible series. I will try more!
