Great content, poor recording

The content taught me a lot, but the fluctuating volume in the recording was really annoying as I had to adjust the volume every time it dipped lower, then again when it came back to normal. Other than that, the reading performance was good.

Great follow up to Where Seeds May Fall

I am a fan of Peter Cawdron's works, and I actually liked that this novel felt different. After Where Seeds May Fall, I wanted a bit more, but I assumed that like most of his work, there wouldn't be a sequel, but so I was happy to find this.
The performance is great. I think my first exposure to this reader was from the first novel, but he does a really good job bringing the story to life.

Short, fun, and well read

I've listened to a lot of audio books on Audible, but this was the first novel / novella I've listened to. At first, the narration sounded strange to me, because it wasn't too usual guide kind of book I was used to listening to, but I quickly got adjusted and was totally sucked in to the world Peter Cawdron had created. It's definitely worth the $6. I know this is kind of like a prequel to another book, but I hope he also has a chance to continue this story line.
