For some reason this audio book was changed from the version I purchased and used for years. The new version changes all the chapter positions and makes the meditations harder to find. “Perhaps!”

Rigid posture

too much talk of holding a rigidly perfect posture and following specific rules of breathing. if you are looking for a mindfullness recording look elsewhere...if you can ignore all the talk of posture and muscle contractions and on and on maybe the meditation will be usefull.

Was hoping for somethibg more useful and less new-age hippy koolaid. Too much talk of energy and "perfect" harmony for my tastes.
