Historia
Carrying a sealed message from the war-hero Dragon King to the queen, Quentin and his outlaw companion, Theido, plunge headlong into a fantastic odyssey and mystic quest. Danger lurks everywhere in the brutal terrain and particularly in the threats from merciless creatures, both human and not-so-human. While at the castle, the wicked Prince Jaspin schemes to secure the crown for himself and an evil sorcerer concocts his own monstrous plan. A plan that Quentin and Theido could never imagine.

Many work hard on good posture and better walking and running alignment, but it’s critical to understand how what you put on your feet each day can play a bigger role in the function of your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and spine than you might realize. “By applying the principles in this book, you will be able to restore your foundation and prevent dysfunction.”

I love this book.
Revisado: 11-19-20
Some Authors should never be the ones to read their own works for an audio version. Katy Bowman is not one of those. Katy should ALWAYS read her books. I didn't even know outtakes were a thing for Audio books. The outtakes alone are worth the price of admission. Oh, and by the way- decades of bad habits have started to show up as symptoms in my feet (rock climbing, skiing, running and working in heeled shoes, etc..). The information in this book is already starting to help and I am only a couple of weeks in. Thanks for doing the work to really get into the sphincter of a marmot. We all appreciate it.

Perelandra is a planet of pleasure, an unearthly, misty world of strange desires, sweet smells, and delicious tastes, where beasts are friendly and naked beauty is unashamed, a new Garden of Eden, where the story of the oldest temptation is enacted in an intriguingly new way.

A wonderful reading of a fantastic rich heady tale. It is a joy to meditate upon the layers of allegory. They move from almost on the nose to subtle and profound.

Historia
Aisha Tyler, comedian, actress, cohost of CBS's The Talk, star of Archer, and creator of the top-ranked podcast Girl on Guy, serves up a spectacular collection of her own self-inflicted wounds. From almost setting herself on fire, to vomiting on a boy she liked, to getting drunk and sleeping through the SATs, to going into crushing debt to pay for college and then throwing away her degree to become a comedian, Aisha's life has been a series of spectacularly epic fails. And she's got the scars to prove it. Literally.
