Beauty from Ashes
Revisado: 10-16-24
I didn't think I would ever connect to another story as personally as I did with Ender's Game. As a woman new in her faith and just beginning her walk with God, the beauty of God's word lives in each page. I laughed, giggled, cried, and sobbed with this book and Mr. Rudnicki's performance hits you in your soul. Devastatingly beautiful, masterfully written, and superbly performed. I can't wait to share it with everyone I know!

What an incredibly happy accident to have come across this book. The story is not only captivating but incredibly beautiful and full of hope. I found myself laughing as well as crying out loud. The characters are memorable and immediately relatable. The narration, poetic. I HIGHLY recommend this read!!!

Historia
It’s 1984, and life has changed beyond recognition. Airstrip One, formerly known as Great Britain, is a place where Big Brother is always watching, and nobody can hide. Except, perhaps, for Winston Smith. Whilst working at the Ministry of Truth, rewriting history, he secretly dreams of freedom. And in a world where love and sex are forbidden, where it’s hard to distinguish between friend and foe, he meets Julia and O’Brien and vows to rebel.

The story itself is intelligently written with vivid imagery. The performances transport you to a world you don't want to be stuck in forever. Incredible listen!!!

Historia
Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson. Before they were household names, these budding legends called Sue’s Nashville apartment—lovingly dubbed the “Boar’s Nest”—home. Sue’s place was an intimate staging ground where a new breed of singer-songwriters—wounded souls, wayward upstarts—would spur each other on to tap into something bigger, realer.

Beautiful
Revisado: 09-10-21
Such a beautifully written book! It is a great representation of the struggles not just women have today, but the men in their lives too. I was deeply affected as well as educated by the compassionate story telling and absolute graceful narration!

Historia
Andrew Wiggin is told that he can no longer live on Earth, and he realizes that this is the truth. He has become far more than just a boy who won a game: he is the Savior of Earth, a hero, a military genius whose allegiance is sought by every nation of the newly shattered Earth Hegemony. He is offered the choice of living in isolation on Eros, at one of the Hegemony's training facilities, but instead the 12-year-old chooses to leave his home world and begin the long relativistic journey out to the colonies.

The best send off for Ender!
Revisado: 11-09-20
Brilliant. Emotional. For all fans of Ender and his Jeesh, this book is the ultimate love story. The story told from the heart of Ender's creator to his beloved character. It contains within it a love story to the fans from Ender himself. I always wanted more.....I fell in love with Ender the child and respected him as Andrew the man. Through Ender in Exile, you will get that connection you yearned for in reading the series before this. I cried with true emotion and empathy and yes, love while reading the book. And through this production....I cried even harder! What an incredible cast to have brought our Ender to life. I have listened to the entire series and my heart is full!
