Historia
A grieving young widow, Charlene needed a new start - so she bought a historic mansion, sight unseen, and drove from Chicago to New England to start turning it into a bed-and-breakfast. On her first night in the house, she awakens to find a handsome man with startling blue eyes in her bedroom. Terror turns to utter disbelief when he politely introduces himself as Jack Strathmore - and explains that he used to live here - when he was alive. He firmly believes that someone pushed him down the stairs three years ago, and he won't be able to leave until someone figures out who.

This audio book was almost a complete ripoff from Danielle Garrison series of Marlow House

I neither liked or disliked it. The characters were predictable, as was the story line.

Historia
April Clarke-Cliveden was the first person Hannah Jones met at Oxford. Vivacious, bright, occasionally vicious, and the ultimate It girl, she quickly pulled Hannah into her dazzling orbit. Together, they developed a group of devoted and inseparable friends—Will, Hugh, Ryan, and Emily—during their first term. By the end of the year, April was dead.

The story line was interesting, the narrator for the story was alright however, the voice for Hannah almost had me turn the story off. Her rendition of the unsure wobble in the voice was tiring.

Historia
There are millions of stories in the city - some magical, some tragic, others terror-filled or triumphant. Jonah Kirk’s story is all of those things as he draws listeners into his life in the city as a young boy, introducing his indomitable grandfather, also a "piano man"; his single mother, a struggling singer; and the heroes, villains, and everyday saints and sinners who make up the fabric of the metropolis in which they live - and who will change the course of Jonah’s life forever. Welcome to The City, a place of evergreen dreams where enchantment and malice entwine.

Not my favorite book by Dean Koontz. The story was not as stimulating as most of his other books. I felt it was just middle of the road, not great but not terrible.

Cute story, easy to listen to. Makes my commute a little more tolerable. However I like the other narrator better.

Not the typical Stephen King. The characters were well developed, and the storyline was really good. Although I did have the ending figured out before the end.
All in all very enjoyable.

Historia
The formerly laid-back principal has become unusually strict. And with her toadying secretary, she seems to be running the show. That isn’t all. The janitors no longer work nights because of what they hear. The students are frightened by what they see. And things are happening on school grounds that defy rational explanation. But there is an explanation. It’s just not anything that anyone can begin to believe — or hope to survive.

I am a recent convert to Mr. Little’s works. I thoroughly enjoyed this audio version. My commute is so long in the morning and evening and as much as I really like to turn a page, this satisfies my needs for stories. I’ve listened to two of Mr. Little’s books so far and I’m hooked.
