Very DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND HIM

He should not have read the book himself. He should’ve paid for somebody to do it for him and that way he wouldn’t be getting these negative reviews. I’m sure what he has in his book is probably good but I couldn’t understand him. I
can’t review him on that because I couldn’t understand what he is saying. Very disappointing.

her life story? I had no idea this was a biography!!

I too, was very disappointed with this book. I honestly didn’t think it was going to be a biography of her life from the time she was a child and up too much later on in life I stopped reading after two hours. I didn’t want to hear about dates in high school nor hear about all the episodes that she went through. What I thought was gonna happen was she going to show the reader what they need to do to connect to the other side. I’m glad she connected with her “pop pop“. And in the very beginning when she discusses how there were 19 chairs at the conference table, and all these parents wanted to know about their children that’s when I thought this was going to go into connecting to the other side . Very disappointed. I am so glad that I did not purchase her other book. When heard a sample of her book on audible, it didn’t feel like this was going to be a biography. I wish her well, and in her ability to connect with the other side and help people who want to know what their past relatives want communicated to them. She does a good job reading the book but that’s it for me.

What a great story about a basketball star

What a great story about excitement for Sooley, and so much love for his family and team mates.
I just finished the book and while I was sad about Sooley I was glad that his never ending dream came true about his family.
Thank you again John Grisham. I can’t think of a better way to spend my days, when I am alone, then to listen to your stories. I look forward to your books.

I tried to listen to this audio book twice and didn’t like it.
I haven’t read any of her other books, but if they are like this I am not interested. This is part of what I heard and thought this is ridiculous and elementary.
“ if you have this, then you have this, and if you have this then you have this” No other author writes like this.

Seriously, this was the perfect profession in which to show you the "other side". Now when people tell you stories like this, you and your associates will listen. I am sad that you had to be in comma, and truly grateful that you did come back and share this insightful story. All I can say is Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have made many, many people happy with your personal discovery. It is definitely a book I will listen to again.

I am hanging on waiting to find out the results of Drew’s trial and the train wreck results in court from your next book!
I have been reading John Grishams books for many years, and am sure I will continue. Now that I discovered Audible with his books, everywhere I go I can bring it with me on my phone. I may even go back and “reread” through audible some of his earlier novels. Thank you Mr. Grisham. I already told my kids that instead of giving me gifts of your hard cover books, to give me Audible gift cards! I feel like I had just won the derby and finished this book in record time! What a pleasure it was again to read your newest novel. You can never predict how it’s going to end until it ends! Keep them coming. I have donated his earlier books so someone else can enjoy them too.

It was hard to pronounce the mantras by this audio

For me it would have been better if the mantra was said a little bit slower so I could pronounce it. I appreciate the content of the audio. I just had difficulty pronouncing the mantras. It would have been challenge for me to say any of these mantras twice let alone once! I realize he repeated it 3X. I could not write down what he just said as he moved right onto the next one. It was frustrating for me. But, maybe not for others.
