I loved this series. it reinvigorated me to enjoy sci fi again. though this series deus ex the ending a bit more then I enjoy. it's overall Story and design is done effectively and emotionally. I loved and will recommend this to everyone.

the story has gotten amazing and the performance has improved(not by much but still improved) I do love the world and everything with it. magic is interesting in this world..I wa sput off at first but it ended up being amazing

a beautiful story with an abhorrent performance

I loved this book, the story the setting and the world was written beautifully. the emotion in each pages is dripping out, the expressions of each person are rousing. This is hurt by the drab ,trite, and monotone voice of the performer who read like an underpaid documentary narrator who hates the animals they are speaking about.

a sad finish to a great promise

many will tell you also that this is not the same as the first 2 books. gone is all the mystery of the metro and questions of what is reality. now it is a government conspiracy book that loses all mystery. characters now have multiple names (what we know them as, and they're actually Russian names)so following can be very confusing at times. the reader has about 3 voices that he uses for everyone that barely explains who is talking. Sadly this had become a dull read and boring overall.

I loved the story and V E schwab writes amazing stories. but I did not like the narration done by the 2 people who gave each person such a diffeent style and tone.

Wow. Just wow

Brian does an amazing job of pronunciation and giving every character depth and individual development. The story is so much. I had to re listen to a few a parts to make sure I understood everything because it has so much depth. I recommend this to everyone.

a good collection but not the best

overall the stories content was there but the execution and order in the way there were presented was not well. also giving only an hour to nurse mythology but not recognizing another mythology that is even older then Greek was very upsetting. plus instead if just sticking to one name they constantly switched between Greek Latin and Roman names for characters.

fun listen that had lots of potential

the writing felt...odd. it wasnt bad but at times felt way to dirty and other times like it was trying to be subtle and sensual. pacing is odd I guess..but the narrator was good.
