Historia
Harper Calhoun doesn't need any more complications in her life. Then one shows up. A seriously major complication that also happens to be a link to her past. This isn't a surprise she needed or wanted, but she's going to have to deal with it. In fact, she wants to. That's what friends do. Following rules (even the ones she's set for herself) has been a big part of how she's gotten herself through life. Does she dare break the rules now? She might not have a choice.

Relationships
Revisado: 12-21-24
The fulfillment of the relationships in this, and the previous two books, is incredible. The people understand each other, and it feels real. I loved it

Historia
Vic follows a simple code of life—when stuck between certain death and certain death, always chose a third option. Ready to renounce his criminal ways, Vic needs to pull one last heist—transporting a rare and valuable albino friklar across a short section of space without detection. Easy money. However, when the animal escapes on a primitive planet called Earth, Vic must either settle accounts with his boss—ruthless Axle Prim—or endure his wrath.

Life out there
Revisado: 11-20-24
I found this book interesting. The storyline was pretty cool, following a trio as they make their way through obstacles. It was cool to listen to a different interpretation of life outside of Earth in feel so many books about extraterrestrial life are straight forward and boring and predictable, but this one had a certain aspect to it that made me question things. Why did the character make that decision? What would I have done if I were a certain character? My only critique, and really this is a personal issue was the pace of the narrator. I found myself having to change the speed to a slower pace so I could actually hear and absorb all the words.
