I have wanted to break into Airbnb for years now but to be honest I’m a bit, um… terrified. But this book has really helped me to feel like I’m ready to get started. It definitely covers the basics that I needed to know and gives me the confidence to get started. One step at a time. Who knew you didn’t even have to own the property that you’re renting out?! Very excited to dive in now that I feel prepared.

Whether you’re looking to beat anxiety, treat your depression, find your inner peace, or sleep better, this meditation audiobook is a great option. I appreciate that it has so many different guided meditations to choose from depending on what you’re looking for: improving attention, focusing, calming your busy mind, allowing yourself to be curious, or dealing with difficult emotions. I especially enjoyed the script for overcoming panic attacks. Such a great value.

I definitely enjoyed these affirmations. They are encouraging and offer ways of looking at finance that maybe aren’t so common in books that teach about wealth. It’s not just about obtaining wealth, but also believing that you are worthy of it. Enjoyed and recommend.

Oh my goodness, I needed this. Some of my plants do so great and others just continuously struggle. Well, this book helps you to pick out the appropriate plants for you, including some that are “impossible to kill”. You’ll learn not only the benefits of houseplants but how to care for them and how to spot disease. Very handy reference that I will definitely refer to again before getting my next plant. Recommend.

Over and over again throughout my 20s, my family and friends would focus so much on if I was seeing anyone and where that was leading. It was usually the first question I was asked at any gathering. It can take a long time and a lot of effort to retrain your brain to understand that your self-worth does not directly relate to your romantic relationships. Sure you can find value in a healthy relationship, but learning to love yourself needs to come first. This can help you find self-love and contentment. Enjoyed listening and will definitely do so repeatedly.

While everyone may not agree, I’ve always found that trying to see things with a good sense of humor can be the best way to look at the negative. While this book helps those of us without this challenging condition to understand it, it is a lesson made lighter by uplifting, touching, comical relief. Recommend.

Definitely a good listen if you have kids or are planning to. You don’t realize just how important sleep is until you don’t get enough of it or don't get good quality sleep. It takes a lot of forethought when bringing kids into the picture. They are their own individual people, with their own needs, and may not take to a sleep schedule easily. You’ll be surprised to learn just how much your daytime schedule can affect your nighttime routine. Covers newborns to school-aged as well as multiples and special needs. Great resource.

Alcohol is so engrained in almost every aspect of our culture. We drink to celebrate. We drink to wallow. We drink to socialize. We drink because we like it. You don’t even realize how drastically it’s affecting your body, your bank account, your decision-making skills, and so much else. I’m starting with sober January and seeing where it goes from there. If nothing else, I’d really like to just prove to myself that life without alcohol is still enjoyable and likely much better. This book is a great inspiration and I guarantee I’ll be listening to it at least once more this month.

GAD with panic attacks can be terrifying and life-altering. I personally think it stems from ADHD for me, my mind just never stops, even when I desperately want it to. Regardless, I’ve never wanted just to take a pill to combat these issues. I want useful tools to help me understand what’s really going on, learn my triggers, and deal with them in a healthy way. I especially like the chapters on overthinking, sleeping, and dealing with suicidal thoughts. Recommend for anyone struggling
