As a relationship therapist, Nora helps patients explore their feelings honestly. But she’s hiding an embarrassing relationship secret of her own: she’s in love with someone she’s never even met. J edits the advice column Nora’s been writing anonymously for the last seven years. He’s in London, she’s in New York, and they communicate solely through shared files. When he confides that his girlfriend’s out of the picture, and her boss asks her to come to London, Nora takes both as a sign.

Excellent!
Revisado: 03-03-25
The characters express emotions that most people experience, but can’t articulate. The relationships are interesting and captivating. It is wonderful to read a story that keeps you guessing and has such a happy ending.

Historia
Beatrice Leal’s personal life is complicated between her divorce and her precocious six-year-old. But the job she loves is the one thing she counts on to be straightforward—that is, until her boss’s own divorce prompts a move from NYC back to Ireland. Now Bea’s in Ireland twice a month for work. It’s wreaking havoc on the custody agreement she and her moody ex are sorting out while he lives downstairs in the brownstone they co-own. And to top it off, her company’s new CTO turns out to be the boy who once broke her heart: Jack Sander.

Entertaining and thought provoking
Revisado: 06-07-24
This novel included well developed characters and a fascinating story. It is a romance complicated by the past, present life complications, and the settings in both NYC and Ireland. It is a perfect way to spend the day with excellent narration by Maria Marquis. The characters are real people with real modern day life issues, friendships, and happy times.
