I tried to listen to this several times. Just found it unfocused and rambling, I can't finish it because I really don't care what happens in the end. It serves me right. I keep trying to find a decent novel based on mountaineering. I guess the quest will continue...

Most of the sidelines bitching and moaning.
Any additional comments?
Too long, too much whining and complaining. Didn't bother to finish it. Too much "well this is how they should have done it". I guess they would have asked him if they cared.

Absolutely nothing at all. Thought I'd finish listening to it since I had purchased it. In hindsight I should have just returned it.
What could Anne Frasier have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Did Hollis McCarthy do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
No.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Maybe teenage girls would enjoy it.

This is pretty frickin far from Bernie Gunter.
