The main character Iris was not likable based on her decisions. I was uncomfortable with types of mature content that was brought into the story. In many places it didn’t apply to the story and only seemed to be added as part of the writers political agenda.

I really enjoyed the story and characters. However, I was disappointed by the sexual connotations and language because now my children won't get the opportunity to enjoy the story.
