Was a very detailed worked that invited a large amount of introspection. The only deficit is the lack of availability of visuals for the survey questions that are easily used. A single PDF document of the surveys/questionnaires would make this complete.

Thorough and informative.

The book was very informative in regards to the thought process and design involved from start to finish and beyond for a product. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting when I grabbed it and may have been a bit above my level of understanding regarding the more technical aspects of things, but still worth the read.
