As a lifelong procrastinator, I really appreciate a book by someone who has overcome the problem! The audiobook is also straightforward, to the point, and organized nicely.

This is an excellent companion audiobook to the regular audiobook . I have been following the exercise and see some real results. My glutes were gaining volume instead of looking like a flat pancake. Furthermore, I have gained more strength following the audiobook.

This diet is great, I started this diet the week before thanksgiving so far lost 100 pounds , dropped 12 sizes and feeling great , almost off all medicine, I’ve had A FIB for over 15 years it’s almost gone , I’m in the best health in over 20 years and love the diet try it it works.
