This book is helpful for those interested in British RP and in phonetics in general, but don't think you can learn te accent with this book alone.The audible version doesn't give you sufficient theoretical basis. But if you've already got it, then the book will be comprehensive.

Dont recommend. it doesn't worth your money & time

Author just speaks out his political agenda. It's always easy to blame others for your miseries. This is very insidious as it may provoke hatred towards other nations.
Author hasn't said anything new in this book: just pieces of statistics in which I doubt.
