As a senior in my mid sixties, I enjoyed listening to this audiobook. It provides so many useful techniques and examples on how you can improve your balance and flexibility to prevent injuries by doing one simple thing. Keep moving! The move method encompasses many things you can do in your daily routine that can be life changing. In short, learn from what hear and see, and make it your lifestyle. Believe me I know. I'm one of Susie's Zumba Gold and Yoga students. She is showing me in real-time, the many ways and techniques to improve core strength, balance and flexibility, and to become more agile, possibly preventing falls and injuries.
