Historia
Over 1500 years before Leonardo Da Vinci became the Renaissance man, antiquity had its own in the form of Archimedes, one of the most famous ancient Greeks. An engineer, mathematician, physicist, scientist, and astronomer all rolled into one, Archimedes has been credited for making groundbreaking discoveries, some of which are undoubtedly fact and others that are almost certainly myth.

Hands down biggest waste

We only listened to Archimedes, but it differed enough from every other source that I would not trust these editors. Stick with books whose authors are known.

Really good. I love it
Revisado: 11-30-21
This is the best podcast I for the family. I love that the kids are the ones solving the mystery and it is not horror. I usually get a mystery horror thing but horror is not my thing. This is the prefect podcast for me. it reminded me of a podcast I would listen to called adventures in Odyssey. and that is good but not mystery tip.

Historia
The Old Man and the Sea is one of Hemingway's most enduring works. Told in language of great simplicity and power, it is the story of an old Cuban fisherman, down on his luck, and his supreme ordeal, a relentless, agonizing battle with a giant marlin far out in the Gulf Stream. Here Hemingway recasts, in strikingly contemporary style, the classic theme of courage in the face of defeat, of personal triumph won from loss.

Great book

We enjoyed listening to this book. Donald Sutherland does a great job of communicating with his tone, diction, and cadence.

Historia
In the midst of folding laundry, coordinating carpool schedules, and breaking up fights, many parents get lost. Feeling pressure to do everything "right" and raise up "good" children, it's easy to lose sight of our ultimate purpose as parents in the quest for practical tips and guaranteed formulas.

Biblical and balanced
Revisado: 01-29-20
If your parenting book doesn't address, at length, the desperate need each parent has for the grace found at the cross, don't bother with it. Paul Tripp does not disappoint. At every place he prescribes a parenting directive, he brings the parent's own need into focus. Tripp encourages confession, forgiveness, grace, and humility as he helps you stay focused on the truth of who man is (both parent and child) and how to help your child see and understand this reality. This gets to the heart of the issue, the heart of the child. Highly recommend, regardless of where you are on your journey of parenting.
