Misleading title
Revisado: 04-17-25
This is just a pep talk, the title seemed like a Bible on helping you actually building video games. Why he didn’t just call it a pep talk is beyond me. I’m asking for a refund because every chapter is like you can do it, and that’s it.

Beginning to end about drug dealing and crime
Revisado: 09-17-23
I saw his soon to be ex wife talking about this book so I decided to give it a listen. Beginning to end it’s about drug dealing, I thought he’d give motivational tips about improving but this is not that book. He did a great job narrating but nah, nothing for me to learn for improving my life, just a Scarface type of read.

Coexisting but conflicting needs create self-sabotaging behaviors. This is why we resist efforts to change, often until they feel completely futile. But by extracting crucial insight from our most damaging habits, building emotional intelligence by better understanding our brains and bodies, releasing past experiences at a cellular level, and learning to act as our highest potential future selves, we can step out of our own way and into our potential.

Hands down, one of the best books I’ve ever read
Revisado: 06-21-23
This book from beginning till end is consistent and very detailed and informative. There’s no fluff and I really began instituting steps in my personal life from input from this book. I’m rereading it for gems and it’s not long or filled with filler material. The author did an amazing job, I was really stuck in life and audible had this listed as a recommendation and I’m glad I took a chance 👍🏽

Headline is misleading this is a business book
Revisado: 06-12-23
The title made me think this was a “battlefield of the mind” type book about getting your her right but all this is really is a business book and how to manage your business. I saw him speaking about it and he made it self like it was about removing disruptive thoughts that invade the mind but it’s all business from beginning to end l. I did like the ending with the diff business leaders giving their version of how they meet business and Christianity head on but I can’t get my credit back, kinda feel duped and probably won’t buy a book of his again. This book was just ok, nothing more.

Boring, nothing but number crunching
Revisado: 08-28-22
A Youtube influencer I just happened to listened to happened to say how good this book was. I listened, and listened and listened and waited but nothing of importance came. This guy is really good and giving you numbers but nobody wants to read a book about number crunching. I found it dull, boring and a complete time waster.

Best book I’ve ever read on Believing for a Bigger You
Revisado: 07-23-20
I bought this book at B&N, then Purchased the audible version and it has changed my life. I haven’t read it in a year and when I re-read it, things that hadn’t affected me before became clear due to life experiences. Read this book, it is very deep, fulfilling and will allow you to become a better person. It’s a book to help you grow and allow you to climb to the next level of your higher self. I have nothing but good things to say about the author, she’s amazing and transformed my life.

Title should be Safe Version of Myself
Revisado: 04-05-20
I like A Keys but I found her sharing very little of herself in this title. Yes, she admitted she was promiscusous at a young age and how she got her record deal but she's so safe the entire book and I was listening to a person perfect go through her perfect adult life. It didn't sound authentic when she described how she met Swiss and did not mention any of the controversy surrounding her beginnings with him when it was daily news fodder. In passing she mentions his other kids (5) in total. Only thing I was surprised about was her relationship with Kerry her first live in boyfriend and their age gap. She's a hard worker and I enjoyed all the mentions about her trip to Egypt but this story was very bland. Her voice has changed so much but I am happy for her journey but this story came off cookie cutter. On a CVD-19 scale of audio book readings, I give it 2 out of 5 masks.

There’s a lot of “try-hard” slang but the story kept me riveted. The narrator really made this tale, she’s the reason I kept going.
