This book is an excellent source of information for how to best approach ADHD. I recently had a family member diagnosed with ADHD, and I found this to be a great resource for us to work together. This book helps to mentally quantify how to best deal with many aspects of life with ADHD. Well done!

I really enjoyed his personal story of overcoming financial difficulties, and it made it an engaging listen for me.
