Historia
For Dr. Jessi Gold, everything was absolutely fine—until it suddenly wasn’t. As an assistant professor, practicing psychiatrist, university wellness leader, regular media expert, and dedicated friend and family member, Jessi was used to being constantly busy. After all, people—her patients, colleagues, and loved ones—needed her, so who was she to say no to any opportunity to help, be that an extra therapy session, corporate wellness talk, or favor for a friend. She was a doctor, trained to serve, to put the needs of others before her own.

awful book made for rich Americans who test their genomes
Revisado: 11-16-23
this is one of the worst title-promising book I've came across. Has very little to do with how to live longer because other than a few rich people who can afford genetic tests that may not reveal much (other than whether they will develop Alzheimer Diseae or not). if you want to live short and worry about being sick, this is the book for you. otherwise...avoid!

Historia
Letting Go describes a simple and effective means by which to let go of the obstacles to enlightenment and become free of negativity. During the many decades of the author's clinical psychiatric practice, the primary aim was to seek the most effective ways to relieve human suffering in all of its many forms. The inner mechanism of surrender was found to be of great practical benefit and is described in this book.

awful book
Revisado: 06-19-18
feelings and thoughts can not be changed because someone tells you scientifically it should. this book is science and does not offer anything more than that. no practices and just a list of examples
