I really enjoyed the work put into this by the voice cast and hope that more of the novels get the same treatment soon.

Heartbreakingly Disappointing and Insulting

Wil Wheaton worked hard to make this listenable.

The only thing I could think of while listening to this book was that Cline took all the criticism of Ready Player One and tried to shove his response into Ready Player Two.
It is one of those unfortunate stories that is just boring and uninspired to the point I barely remember a thing that happens outside of the John Hughes section.
I kept imagining scenarios for way better storylines than what the final product ended up being. I’m so disappointed.
