Historia
He thought it was a game.... He thought no one would get hurt.... He thought he could trust a tanarukk bandit.... He thought he was hired for his skill and cunning.... He thought it was just another victim, just another mark.... He thought he could do his job without turning the entire city against him.... He was wrong. A series that brings to life the people who survive on the fringes and in the shadows of the Forgotten Realms world - The Rogues.

hard to listen to due to narrative cadence and mispronounced words every few sentences. I wonder if they even listened to the proformance after it was submitted. decent story if I just muscle past the poor narration.

Historia
The first title in this Forgotten Realms series of stand-alone adventures. The Alabaster Staff is the first title in a Forgotten Realms series focusing specifically on the iconic character class of the rogue. Each novel in the series will be a stand-alone adventure, but the overall setting for all of the titles will be the Old Empires, an area of the Forgotten Realms world never before explored in the novels.

story was good enough but narration was awful.
Revisado: 09-10-21
I can say the story was pretty good and I could have liked it better if it wasn't so poorly narrated. the droning and sentence blended speech made this one hard to finish. I can just say I will definitely not get any other books with this narrator and leave it at that. sorry to the author for the rating.

Historia
Someone has taken an ancient Earth religion and re-branded it for the 26th century. Multi-stellar, multispecies, the Cult of Ra has an answer for everything...Except a wizard who's sick of them preying on innocent people. Sunshine of Your Cult: Still getting used to life without magic, Esper accepts a mission that seems easy enough on the surface. An actor is searching for a kidnapped co-worker. Just two little problems with that. The actor seems intent on tagging along, offering questionable "help" along the way. And his co-star is in the clutches of a deadly cult.
