All you need in order to get a great night’s sleep tonight is a story. See, as fast as the human race is evolving, we still haven’t discovered a more efficient way to help our brains relax and achieve a calmer mental state than good ole storytelling. If you are having trouble falling asleep, this audiobook is for you. It combines two magnificent bedtime stories with relaxing sounds of nature that will knock you out faster than any medication your doc has the authority to prescribe. Just a few minutes and you’ll be on your way to the best night’s sleep you’ve had in months.

Resting Heartbeat - It's Not Just For Everyone.
Revisado: 05-16-21
This works! As a musician and insomniac, I can honestly certify this author's work is brilliant!
I have been listening to this audible for over a week and have slept soundly every night for the first time in 8 years. The resting heartbeat concept is legitimate.
I have numerous medical complications and falling to sleep has been a nightly frustration.
I loop this audiobook through the night. I fall to sleep naturally, peaceful and relaxed. When I wake up, there is no need for a milk and cookie intermission, I hear the music and fall right back to sleep. In the morning, I wake up rested and refreshed.
Simply fall in love, trust, and give yourself the gift of sleep.

Historia
A day has 1,440 minutes - are you doing enough to make every minute count? As humans, we are born procrastinators. The word tomorrow seems like our favorite word as we casually give in to the countless temptations that surround us. But how many hours or minutes are we actually spending doing things that take us closer to our long term goals? The way you schedule tasks and goals and the way they are accomplished or delegated plays a crucial role. In a way, you can say it is directly proportional to your success or failure.

Excellent techniques, but needs diagrams
Revisado: 07-06-20
For me, this is an excellent technique for organizing a list. However, my one disappointment is that there are no diagrams anywhere. I would like to see diagrams or examples of how this list will work a visual sample of a list.
