Phantom in the Sky is the story of a Radar Intercept Officer (RIO) in the back seat of the supersonic Phantom jet during the Vietnam War - a unique, tactical perspective of the “guy in back”, or GIB, absent from other published aviation accounts. During the time of Terry L. Thorsen’s service from 1966 to 1970, the RIO played an integral part in enemy aircraft interception and ordnance delivery. In Navy and Marine F-4 Phantom jets, the RIO was a second pair of eyes for the pilot, in charge of communications and navigation, and great to have during emergencies.

Well done! The author had me hooked from the first page. I was so drawn in to the story line and the characters. I could not read it fast enough — mystery, love and titillating sex! This was quite a book which I highly recommend!!

I have enjoyed this book several times and it still gives me big laughs! As a single lady who has been involved with dating sites, I can identify with several of these scenarios. This book is humorous, well narrated and written, and soooo entertaining. It will, no doubt, continue to be one of my favorites!

The research is incredible. You can readily see how people were taken in by some of the greatest Hoaxes in history. Chaz does a great job of narrating what could have been a challenging work. Nice job by both the author and narrator.

Anyone who has ever been on a family vacation can identify with this hilarious story; it brought back so many wonderful memories! From the Father's insistence on visiting historic Civil War battle fields to the kid's desires to find the happiest place on earth, it is a laugh fest. They just don't make audio like this any more.
